We are Hiring a Photographer with Social Media Experience!

We are a boutique creative agency based in Dubai looking for a creative and enthusiastic photographer who is passionate about producing cutting edge and interesting work, super reliable and great with clients. 

The role would also cover planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the studio's social media platforms in order to increase awareness, improve content and share what we are working on. 

Seeing Things covers many different types of photography (and video work) but we are specifically looking for someone that specializes in a few of the following areas:

• Product – still life, flat-lays, technical, new/of-the-moment ideas
  
• Fashion – happy to shoot amazing editorials as well as the occasional e-commerce photo set
  
• Lifestyle – magazine-worthy portraits, fashion and still-life work
• Portrait – comfortable directing & bringing the best out of people from all walks of life from corporate CEOs to fashion models
  *Please don’t be afraid to share your other work as well - personal work, fine art projects, etc.!

We are looking for someone who is:

• A proactive problem-solver, both technically and creatively, who never loses their cool on set and makes the best of what they have to produces great images
  
• Proficient with studio lighting and compositional skills in both: a studio setting and on-location and with strong retouching skills
  
• Has eye for detail and the latest trends and a passion for creating new and innovative ideas while being open to critique and sharing/conceptualizing with the team 
• Comfortable stepping in where needed and helping the team as a photographer, editor, assistant, set/prop stylist, ping pong player.

We also care about the development of the team and our Director, Mohamed Somji is always at hand to mentor and encourage us to produce work, to try new things and is supportive of us pursuing personal projects and using our resources to facilitate personal development. Mohamed also runs Gulf Photo Plus which is Dubai's center of photography and hosts photography exhibitions, talks and an annual festival.

When you aren't shooting for our clients, we fully encourage you to take full advantage of our 2000sqft studio space to experiment and create, to collaborate, to use the downtime to do personal work.

Fine Print / Job Details

* Your shoots will be coordinated by our in-house producer who is there to lend creative support and help navigate client needs, make sure the deliverables have been met and work with you to make sure the client is happy. *

* This is a fulltime position: 10:00am – 7:00pm, Moday – Friday (Occasional evening or weekend when needed, but you get time off in lieu!) on location or at our Studio based in Al Quoz, Dubai
